经食道超声心动图在39例心脏外科手术中的应用价值

Using value of transesophageal echocardiography in 39 patients with cardiac surgical

目的评价经食道超声心动图在39例心脏外科手术中的临床价值。方法接受心脏外科手术的心脏病患者39例,男性14例,年龄(38.3±25.2)岁;女性25例,年龄(31.1±14.4)岁。在手术前、中、后,对所有病人进行经食道超声心动图检查,监测手术过程并评价手术效果。结果应用经食道超声心动图观察39例心脏病手术患者,其中纠正诊断错误2例(5%),发现问题4例(10%)。结论经食道超声心动图用于心脏外科手术中监测,及时解决术中的问题,预测手术效果,提高手术成功率,在心脏手术中应用经食道超声心动图具有重要的临床价值。

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of transesophageal echocardiography （TEE） in cardiac surgical. Methods In this study, 39 patients in need of cardiac surgery were used; of which included 14 males （age 38.3±25.2 years） and 25 females （age 31.1±14.4 years）. All patients were examined by TEE before, during and after the operation. The surgical processes were monitored and the surgical outcomes were evaluated in the study. Results Among the 39 patients underwent cardiac surgical monitored by TEE, two misdiagnosed cases （5%） were detected and corrected before the operation, and four problematic cases （10%） were found during the operation. Conclusion The application of TEE in cardiac surgeries resolved surgical problems timely, predicted surgical outcome, and enchance rate surgical success. It is of important clinical value in cardiac operations.
