摘要
目的探讨电针对脑缺血海马损伤区神经元δ-连环素表达的影响及其意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测δ-连环素在海马CA1区的表达。结果电针组大鼠缺血侧海马CA1区δ-连环素的阳性反应产物比缺血模型组增多(P<0.05)。结论本试验的结果提示,电针可能通过上调δ-连环素的表达,从而对神经元起到保护作用。
Objective To investigate the effect on δ-catenin expression of rat hippocampus after electroacupuncturetherapy for brain ischemia. Methods The expression of δ-catenin in hippocampus was detected by immunohistochemical method. Computer-assistant image analysis system was used for quantitative process. Results The number of δ-catenin immuno-posirive neurons in rat hippocampus of electroacupuncture group was higher than that of ischemia group (P〈0.05). Conclusion The result of this study suggests that during accupuncture treatment for cerebral ischemia, δ-catenin upregulation may be contributed to the recovery of damaged neurons.
