高校辅导员要克服社会认知偏差 被引量:1

摘要 社会认知偏差使辅导员不能全面、客观地认识、评价学生。本文指出了高校学生工作中常见的几种社会认知偏差,并且列举了辅导员的这几种认知偏差的具体表现,最后提出了克服社会认知偏差的应对措施。
