面阵CCD是一种新型的价格低廉、使用方便、高效的火焰监测元器件.概述了面阵CCD的工作原理和各种测温方法的算法,综合叙述了面阵CCD在燃烧可视化和火焰温度场重建中的应用,以及它在国内的研究和新进展.
Area CCD is a new flame monitoring semiconductor component with the advantage of low-price, convenience and high-efficiency. This paper briefly discusses the working principles and all kinds of temperature measurement algorithms of area CCD and introduces an application of area CCD in combustion visualization and flame temperature reconstruction. The up-to-date research and development of area CCD in China are also proposed.
