A Research on Reducing Weft Stoppage of Air-jet Loom

降低纬向停台是提高喷气织机效率的重要途径。文章对断纬、引纬受阻及引纬装置调节不当及引纬工艺参数配置不合理等因素引起的纬向停台,从原纱质量及生产工艺两方面进行了全面分析,同时提出降低纬向停台、提高织机效率的途径。

Reducing weft stoppage is an important way for improving the efficiency of air-jet loom. The factors that cause weft stop, such as broken weft, blocked up weft insertion, improper adjustment of weft insertion system and irrational setting of weft-insertion parameters are discussed from angles of yarn quality and production process. Solutions for reducing weft stoppage and improving air-jet loom efficiency are given in the paper.
