大别山野生山核桃离体快繁研究

Carya cathayensis Sarg.of Dabieshan Mountains In Vitro Propagation

针对大别山山核桃的野生资源开发利用情况,系统地探讨了以组织培养为手段进行快速繁殖的途径。以叶柄为外植体,在MS培养基上添加不同的激素配比进行培养,诱导叶柄形成愈伤组织的较适宜激素组合是2,4-D4.0mg/L+KT 0.4mg/L,对于芽的增殖,较适宜的激素组合是6-BA 2.0mg/L+IBA 0.4mg/L或6-BA 3.0mg/L+IBA0.4mg/L;而根的诱导则在MS+IAA 0.5mg/L或MS+NAA 0.5mg/L培养基上进行最好。

According to the exploitative situation of carya cathayensis sarg＇s wild resources, the methods of rapid propagation of Carya cathayensis Sarg. by way of tissue culture were discussed systematically. The petiole and the leave were chosen as the best material explants in rapid propagation. These explants were cultured on MS culture media by adding different portion of hormones in various cultural conditions. For the petioles, the suitable hormone combination to induce callus is 2,4 - D4. 0mg/L ＋ KT0. 4mg/L; for the leaves, they are 6 - BA2.0mg/L ＋ IBA0. 4mg/L or 6 - BA3.0 mg/L ＋ IBA0. 4mg/ L;and for the roots , they are MS ＋ IAA0. 5mg/L or MS ＋ NAA0. 5mg/L respectively.
