摘要
校本培训在我国的师资综合素质提高方面起到了重要作用,新形势下中小学新课改给广大教师提出了挑战,提高中小学教师师资专业素质成为迫在眉睫的问题。根据经济欠发达地区的现实困难和这些地区中小学教师的实际,可以利用“校本培训”理论,探索出提高这些地区中小学教师综合素质的培训模式。
The New curriculum Reform challenges the teachers in the new situation, so to improve the professional qualities of middle - school and primary - school teachers becomes a hot topic. Based on the theories of "School - based Training", the paper puts forward some feasible methods from which the professional qualities of the teachers in underdeveloped regions can be improved.
