摘要
采用SPBtm-5毛细管柱气相色谱法分析测定了地表水中有机氯农药的残留量。以正己烷萃取水样,采用SPBtm-5毛细管柱分离样品,GC—ECD检测有机氯农药的残留量。方法的检出限范围为1.57×10^-4~2.85×10^-4μg/L,加标平均回收率为90.8%~116.0%,RSD为2.11%~14.2%。
The residues of organochlorine pesticides in surface water were determined by capillary gas chromatography. The organochlorine pesticide residues were extracted from water with Acetone, cleaned up by concentrated sulfuric acid,separated by capillary column SPBtm - 5 (30m × 0.32 mm × 0.25 μm) and detected by GC - ECD. The other conditions are as follows : carrier gas N2 ( 99. 999 %, 1.0 ml/min ) ;splitless inlet;injector temperature 235℃ ;detector temperature 300℃ ; columntemperature program : 60℃ (hold 0.5 min), rate of 20℃/min to ℃0℃ then rate of 4℃/min to 265℃. The average recoveries were within 90.8 % - 116.0 %, and RSD2.11% - 14.2 %.
