摘要
探讨了流动注射还原气化-冷原子吸收光谱法测定微量汞时的最佳条件,建立了大白口蘑中痕量汞的流动注射还原气化-冷原子吸收光谱分析方法。并对样品前处理试剂的用量、载气流量、载流酸度等检测条件进行了优化试验。该方法操作简便、快速、灵敏度高,自动化程度高,测定汞的线性范围为0~80μg/L,相对标准偏差小于3.0%,加标回收率为95%~106%。应用于实际大白口蘑样品中痕量汞的测定,结果满意。
Various test conditions and effect factors for determination of mercury by flow injection- atomic absorption spectrometry were discussed and a method for the determination of mercury in Trlcholoma giganteum has been developed. The determination conditions including the reagent dosages for the sample pretreatment, the carrying Gas flow, the carrying gas acidity etc, were tested and optimized. The linear range for mercury are 0 - 80μg/L. The relative standard deviation is less than 3.0 % and the recovery is 95 % - 106%. This method is simple, rapid and has been applied to the determination of mercury in Tricholoma giganteum samples with satisfactory results.
