先天性巨结肠病变组织相关标记物检测现状 被引量:1

The Detection Status Quo of Correlated Histological Makers in Hirschsprung's Disease

摘要 近年来免疫组织化学和基因工程的发展为先天性巨结肠病(HD)的诊断、预后以及术后随访提供了越来越多的检测方法。HD的实验室检查常规应用苏木素-伊红染色和乙酰胆碱酯酶染色等项目,其染色简便、经济,技术要求低,便于普及;除此之外还增添了S-100蛋白、神经元特异性烯醇化酶等特异性免疫组织化学标记物和HD相关基因表达蛋白的原位检测等,其检测的准确性、特异性更强,特别是该类检查在先天性巨结肠类缘病的诊断中起着至关重要的作用。HD相关基因表达蛋白的原位检测刚刚起步,但能从基因水平解释HD病因及发病机制,有着广阔的应用前景。该文综述HD病变组织相关检测方法的最新进展。
