摘要
为了保障市民的饮食安全,摸清市场销售的腐竹和粉丝的甲醛含量状况,对佛山市顺德区市售的腐竹和粉丝干制品进行抽样,检测其甲醛含量,结果表明,腐竹仅有小部分样品甲醛含量正常(在10 mg/kg以下),有的样品甲醛含量高达32.4 mg/kg;粉丝大部分样品甲醛含量正常(在10 mg/kg以下),仅有2个样品的甲醛含量为12.1 mg/kg。
To guard the food safety, an investigation was carried out to detect formaldehyde in starch noodle and Fuzhu in Shunde market. Quantitative analysis was undertaken for formaldehyde content, The results showed that concentrations of formaldehyde in few Fuzhu were under 10 mg/kg, the values of some products were up to 32.4 mg/kg, and most of the starch noodle were normal, only two samples's values were 12.1 mg/kg.
