丙酸氟替卡松吸入预防毛细支气管炎后喘息发作的临床观察

目的观察吸入丙酸氟替卡松减少毛细支气管炎后喘息发作的次数。方法52例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为两组,治疗组23例采用丙酸氟替卡松吸入,疗程60 d;对照组29例则不用药预防。临床随访≥1年,观察两组患儿喘息发作的次数。结果完成1年以上随访者,治疗组1年平均喘息次数1.57次,而对照组平均喘息次数为3.90次,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论吸入丙酸氟替卡松可明显减少毛细支气管炎后喘息发作的次数。

Aim To observe the curative effect of Flixotide inhalation in preventing children with bronchiolitis from gasp. Methods 52 children cases were randomly divided into two groups：The therapeutic group （23 cases）was received Flixotide inhalation twice a day, with 60 days of treatment. The control group was received nothing（25 cases）. We observed and recorded the times of gasping spasm in two groups for more than a year. Results The average spasm times was 1.57 in therapeutic group and 3.90 in control group. There was significant diference between the two groups （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The Flixotide inhalation can significantly reduce gasp after bronchiolitis.
