抑制分光光度法测定猕猴桃中抗坏血酸的含量

摘要 目的建立抑制分光光度法测定猕猴桃中抗坏血酸的含量。方法以甲基紫为抑制剂,加入甲基紫后抗坏血酸的吸收峰有明显的降低,建立了一种测定抗坏血酸含量的新方法。结果抗坏血酸量在1.0-50 mg·L^-1范围内服从比耳定律,回收率为98.6%-99.2%,相对标准偏差0.25%-1.05%。结论该方法用于测定猕猴桃中抗坏血酸的含量,结果令人满意。 Aim To establish the inhibition-spectrophotometry method for determining the ascorbic acid of the Chinese goosebeery. Method Methyl violet was used as inhibitor. After we added methyl violet was added into solution the absorbable peak of ascorbic acid obviously fell, A new spectrophotometrie method for determining ascorbate was established. Results The linear range was 1.0 - 50 mg · L^-1, The recovery was 98.6% - 99.2% and RSD was 0.25% - 1.05%, Conclusion The method had been applied to the determination of ascorbic acid of the Chinese goosebeery with satisfactory results.
