目前我国证券公司存在着规模小,分散经营的局面,经营特色尚未形成,证券业务的差别化、专业化程度较低,缺乏核心竞争力.我国证券业市场必须进行以提升行业竞争力为主导的结构性调整.

Nowadays there are still too many Chinese securities companies, which have small scale and lacks operation feature. So the extent of differentiation and specialization is lower, and most of the securities companies are lack of nuclear competitive ability. Our domestic securities market structure must have a thorough adjustment to improve the competitive ability of Chinese securities companies.
