摘要
与国外的REITs不同,中国的房地产投资信托是属于信托公司的一个业务,而不是专门的房地产投资方式.信托公司开展房地产信托业务,必须满足一些特殊的政策规定.因此,要了解中国的房地产投资信托,就要首先了解信托的法律特征和房地产投资信托的制度构成以及这些相关的政策.
Unlike the REITs in developed countries that are operated as an investment instrument in Real estate market, those in China are part of business of trusts companies. Furthermore, the trusts companies are required to meet some special regulations in order to investment in the Real estate market. Therefore, the acquaintance of legal characteristics and associate regulations of trusts and REITs will help to better understand REITs in China.
