认知领悟疗法在强迫性神经症中的作用

Effects of Zhong Youbin's Psychoanalytic Therapy in Obsessive-compulsive Disorders

目的从护理角度探讨认知领悟疗法在强迫症治疗中的作用。方法对50例强迫症患者随机分为两组,单纯药物治疗设为对照组,联合认知领悟疗法治疗设为治疗组,以耶鲁-布朗强迫症量表(Y-BOCS)减分率为评定工具,观察3个月。结果治疗组疗效有效率为80.7%,明显优于对照组,统计学处理差异显著(P<0.01),尤其在强迫行为方面更为显著。结论强迫症患者于认知领悟疗法密切相关,在整体护理中认知领悟疗法可作为强迫症患者心理护理的重要手段之一。

Objective To explore the effect of Zhong Youbin＇s Psychoanalytic in obsessive-compulsive neurosis from the nursing point of view. Methods 50 patients with obsessive-compulsive neurosis were divided into 2 groups, controlled group accepted drug treatment and therapy group recevied both drug treatment and cognitive insight therapy. Y-BOCS were supplied to them as evaluation instrument. Results The effective power of therapy group was 80. 7%, which were obviously higher than that of control group. The difference was significant （P〈0.01）, especially in the behavior of obsesslve-compulsive. Conclusion There is closly correlation between obsessive-compulsive neurosis and cognitive insight therapy, and cognitive insight therapy shoud be as the important mental nursing ways in the therapy of obsessive-compulsive disorders.
