摘要
目的了解贫困大学生日常生活压力事件及其对心理健康状况的影响,为高校贫困大学生心理健康教育工作提供科学依据。方法选用1~3年级申请学校贫困助学贷款的贫困生131名为研究组,175名非贫困生为对照组,采用自编大学生生活压力量表、SCL-90量表进行测评。结果贫困大学生的心理健康状况水平明显低于非贫困生;贫困大学生的生活压力比非贫困大学生大,人际交往、家庭变故、经济问题方面有极其显著的差异;各类生活事件的压力感与SCL-90存在显著的正相关(P<0.01),按相关程度的高低来看,人际交往问题是影响贫困大学生身心健康的最重要方面,其次是学业成就与前途问题,再次是经济问题。结论贫困大学生心理问题更严重,主要压力源依次是人际关系问题、学习问题、经济问题。
Objective To explore the living stress of impoverished undergraduate and their relationships with mental health and to provide some theory fundamentals for impoverished undergraduates' mental health education. Methods Two scales were employed: Living Stress Scale and Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90). 306 students were from two universities of Meizhou. Results The mental health level of impoverished undergraduates is obviously lower than that of non-impoverished undergraduates. The living stress of impoverished undergraduates was obviously stronger than that of non-impoverished undergraduates, and there is notable interaction in the interpersonal relationship, academic achievement, economic problem. The impoverished undergraduates' living stress was correlated with mental health. The life events to effect on impoverished undergradutes' mental health from strong to soft as following: interpersonal relationship, academic achievement, economic problem. Conclusion The mental health level of impoverished undergraduates was obviously lower. The main of impoverished undergraduates' life stress events are human relation, academic achievement and economic problem.
