摘要 目的通过对高职高专学生自我和谐状态的分析,探讨提升高职高专学生心理健康水平的有效方法。方法采用《自我和谐量表》(SCCS),对123名高职高专学生进行问卷调查。结果高职高专学生自我和谐状态总体协调,在性别和专业方面有一定的差异,但差异不显著。在自我与经验的协调方面男生较女生、文科生较理科生更和谐一些。结论应当运用更加积极的应对方式,提升高职高专学生的自我和谐状态及心理健康水平。 Objective To explore the effective methods of how to enhance psychological health of vocational college students though the state analysis on their self-harmony. Methods One hundred and twenty-three vocational college students were investigated with questionnaires and analyzed with SCCS. Results There were no significant differences between self-harmony in gender and learning specialty. Boy students are more harmonious than girl students in coordination by themselves and experience; students of arts better than students of science. Conclusion Try so enhance self-harmony and psychological health of vocational college students by applying more positive copying methods.
