摘要
本文报道了覆铜版行业中的一种溶剂回收工艺,本工艺首先利用惰性液体除去废溶剂中的爆炸成分,再利用活性炭纤维进行直接吸附回收,并可重新用于生产,以代替现有工艺中直接焚烧氧化工艺,而该工艺还可以应用活性炭纤维将CMC行业中的酒精进行吸附回收用于生产,而不必将酒精排入大气中。
In the present paper, a solvent reclaim process foe the waste solvent ofcopper clad laminate industry were treated using an inert liquid to remove the explosive componts,and then were dirning the solvents in present industry.The reclaimed solvent can be used again. Instead of releasing methanol toatmosphere,the methanol in CMC industry can be reclaimed and used again by using this active carbon fiberadsorption technology.
