该文阐述了生态文明指标体系研究的重要意义,在论述了建立生态文明指标体系的指导思想、理论基础、设计原则的基础上,提出了生态文明指标体系框架。确定了以人与自然和谐发展为核心,以建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会两大主线为支撑的生态文明指标体系,并以厦门市为例对生态文明指标体系进行了可达性分析。

The paper elaborates the significance of studying on the index system of ecological civilization. On the basis of expounding the guiding ideology, the theoretical basis and the design principles, the index system framework about ecological civilization is established. The core of the index system is harmony between man and nature. The main support point is to build the resource - saving and environmentally frienlly society. In order to verify the feasibility of the index system, a case study on Xiamen is analyzed. So the index system is scientific relatively and can be operated. It will play an active role in promoting the construction of ecological civilization in China.
