简单介绍了某电厂密封油系统,分析了由于密封瓦处油窜流、自动补油阀故障、油档间隙大、差压阀工作失常、平衡阀工作失常、供油不足、回油不畅等造成发电机污染的原因,结合工作实践提出了对应的九条防范措施供同行参考。

This paper introduced the hermetic oil system of one power plant, analyzed the matters which polluted the generator,such as the fleeing oil,the filling oil valve failure,the big dearance of oil archives,the abnormality of differential voltage ralue, the abnormality of balance valve, the lack of oil, oil circling not smoothly, then put forward nine measures to keep away them.
