摘要
采用甲基肼水溶液,对氯甲基苯甲酸叔丁酯为起始原料合成了唑螨酯(fenpyroximate)产品,修正了文献中使用纯的甲基肼或者是甲基肼的醇溶液为起始原料的缺点,解决了工业化生产中甲基肼运输和使用中的不安全因素以及对环境的污染问题。用上述原料和中间体合成出的唑螨酯产品,含量大于95%,5步主要反应总收率超过55%。
The methylhydrazine water solution and tert-butyl p-chloromethylbenzoate was used as starting material for synthesizing fenpyroximate, overcoming appllication of pure methylhydrazine or absolute alcohol solution of methylhydrazine, and solving dangerous and environmental pollution caused by methylhydrazine in industrial manufacturing transport and use ; fenpyroximate was synthesized from tert-butyl p-chloromethylbenzoate as intermediate; The product content was ≥ 95%, and the five steps total yield of the product was ≥ 55%.
