摘要 5-溴苯并呋喃酮是合成西酞谱兰(Citalopram)的重要中间体。报道了在冰醋酸中,Co(OAc)2-Mn(OAc)2-NaBr催化4-溴邻二甲苯氧化合成5-溴苯并呋喃酮的方法,收率良好。 5-Bromophthalide, a key intermediate of citalopram, was synthesized by treatment of 4-bromo-o-xylene catalyzed by Co(OAc)2-Mn(OAc)2-NaBr with oxygen using acetic acid as solvent in satisfactory yield.
