顺序注射动力学光度法快速测定磺胺醋酰钠

Rapid Kinetic Spectrophotometric Determination of Sulfacetamide Sodium with Sequential Injection Analysis

基于在盐酸介质中磺胺醋酰钠-亚硝酸钠-1-胺的重氮化偶合反应，利用顺序注射技术在512nm波长处监测不稳定的红色产物，建立了快速、自动测定磺胺醋酰钠的新方法。考察了影响化学反应的因素，并对反应机理进行了初步探讨。方法的线性范围为2～260mg／L，检出限为1．03mg／L，进样频率为100次／h。应用于磺胺醋酰钠滴眼液的测定，结果与药典规定方法对照，并经甜佥验证明，两种方法无显著性差异。

Based on the diazotisation of sulfacetamide sodium （SAS） with sodium nitrite and coupling with 1-naphthylamine in 1.0 × 10^-2 mol/L HCl, a rapid and sensitive spectrophotometric method for the determination of SAS with sequential-injection analysis was proposed. The absorbance of the unstable red product of the reaction was measured at 512 nm. The linear range of the calibration curve for SAS was 2-260 mg/L, the detection limit was 1.03 mg/L, and the sample throughput was 100/h. The method has been used for the determination of SAS in eye drops of SAS. The results were statistically compared with those obtained by pharmacopoeia method.
