摘要
报道了用热喷雾进样镍管火焰炉原子吸收光谱法直接测定葡萄酒中的镉。热喷雾毛细管和火焰炉内的高温及氧化性气氛可以使样品实现在线消解和镉的测定。将葡萄酒样品浓缩后加入2%HNO3和10%H202,直接进样测定。其测定结果与ICP-MS法吻合较好,葡萄酒样品加标回收率在93%-107%之间。该法简单、快速,灵敏度高。
A method was developed for the direct determination of Cd in wine by thermospray flame-heated nickel tube furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. On-line sample digestion and Cd determination could be performed directly in the high temperature and oxidative atmosphere of thermospray capillary and flameheated furnace. This method has been used to analyze the preconcentrated grape wine samples in 2% HNO3 and t0% H2O2. The analytical results were in good agreement with those by ICP -MS. The recovery range for 5 μg/L Cd was 93% - 107% . The proposed method was simple, fast, highly sensitive and yet cost-effective.
