3株溶藻菌生长特性研究初报

Primary Report on the Growth Character of Three Algae-lysing Bacteria

为快速培养高浓度菌液以治理水体富营养化藻类水华,对本实验室筛选出的3株溶藻菌L7、L8和L18进行了研究,通过正交和单因素实验探讨适宜此3株菌生长的盐度、pH值和温度条件。结果表明:此3株菌适宜的生长条件为盐度0%～1%、pH值6.0～8.0、23～30℃;L7和L8的最适生长条件为盐度0.7%、pH值6.8、30℃;L18的最适生长条件为盐度0.6%、pH值7.6、30℃。

In order to cultivate high concentration of bacteria to deal with water eutrophication of algal blooms quickly,three algae-lysing bacteria,L7,L8 and L18,have been selected and studied in the lab. The orthogonal and monofactorial tests were carried out to find out the suitable growth conditions（ salinity, pH and temperature）for L7, L8 and L18, respectively. The results show that, the conditions of salinity 0% - 1%, pH 6.0-8.0,23-30 ℃, are suitable for the growth of these bacteria, while the optimum growth conditions are salinity 0.7%,pH 6.8 and 30 ℃ for L7 and L8 ,and salinity 0.6%,pH 7.6 and 30 ℃ for L18.
