影响大学生身心健康的不良生活方式调查分析

Analysis on Survey of Bad Life Styles Influencing the Health of College Students' Body and Mind

对1200名在校大学生进行问卷调查发现,部分大学生不同程度地存在健康意识淡薄、健康知识匮乏、生活方式不合理的现象。文章在调查分析的基础上,提出了养成科学、健康。

By questionnaire survey on 1200 college students, we find that some students rarely have concioushess of health, they lack health knowledge, and they have irrational life styles. On basis of the survey, this article suggests that students should be cultivated to have a scientific, healthy and rational life style.
