摘要
目前体验经济在经济发达国家是备受关注的一种新的经济形式,旅游业作为最适合“体验经济”的生产和消费工具,从中寻觅到了无限商机。虽然目前体验式旅游市场尚不成熟,但以观光为主流的旅游产品,正逐渐让位于新、奇、特的感同身受的参与性体验,体验经济时代的旅游者注重寻求个性化的服务、灵活性、更多的冒险与多种选择。旅游业必须转换思路,创新服务,重视对体验旅游活动的开发,从而增强在国际市场上的竞争力。
Experiencing economy is a new economy form often focused in developed countries at present. As a production and consumption tool most suitable for experiencing economy, tourism finds many business opportunities. Though experiencing tourism is not a mature market right now, tourism mainly based on sightseeing is gradually replaced by tourism experiencing newness, strangeness and specialties. Visitors in experiencing economy times pursuit individual service, flexibility, more adventures and more choices. Tourism companies should Change some traditions, provide service creatively and focus on development experiencing tourism, to improve their competition capacity in international markets.
