经支气管纤维镜活检术对肺部肿块鉴别诊断的价值

The Clinical Significance of Bronchofiberscopy Examination Combining Biopsy in Differential Diagnosis of Pulmonary Lumps

目的为探讨经支气管纤维镜活检术对肺部肿块鉴别诊断的价值。方法回顾分析274例影像学报告为肺癌并予支气管纤维镜检查及行活检术的患者的病理报告。结果单纯活检术阳性率为(179/274)65.4%,结合肺毛刷涂片结果阳性率为(190/274)69.3%。影像学报告疑似为中央型肺癌的患者阳性率为(83/92)90.21%,疑似为周围型肺癌患者的阳性率为(96/182)52.75%。结论经支气管纤维镜活检术对肺部肿块鉴别诊断具有重要的意义。

Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of brenchofiberscopy examination combining biopsy in differential diagnosis of pulmonary lumps. Methods Two hundred and seventy-four cases were analyzed. Cancer was doubtfully found in these 274 patients after radiological examination. Then they were performed brenchofiberscopo examination and biopsy. Results The positive rate of biopsy was 65.4%（179/274）, brush biopsy 69.3%（190/274）. Eighty-three of 92 patients were central lung cancer positive （90.21%）, ninety-six of 182 patients peripheral lung cancer（52.75%） after radiological examination. Conclusions bronchofiberscopy examination combining biopsy is of high clinical value in the differential diagnosis of pulmonary lumps.
