心电图T_(v1)>T_(v6)对冠心病诊断的临床意义分析

目的探讨心电图Tv1>Tv6对冠心病诊断中的价值。方法随机抽取200例冠心病患者均行常规同步十二导心电图及冠状动脉造影(CAG)检查。结果心电图Tv1>Tv6者为92例,160例CAG阳性患者中心电图Tv1>Tv6为80例,CAG阴性患者中Tv1>Tv6的为12例。结论Tv1>Tv6的心电图是一种异常现象,对诊断冠心病有较重要的意义,但在青少年中属正常变异。

In CAD inegative patient Tv1〉 Tv6 is 12 examples, Conclusion ECG Tv1〉Tv6 is one kind of abnormal phenomenon, Has the vital significance to the coronarydisease diagnosis, But is the mormal variation in the young people.
