摘要
综述二维相关近红外光谱的数学过程、谱图解析规则以及在聚合物、蛋白质、食品、药物结构、中药真伪鉴定等研究方面的应用,并结合笔者所做的实验验证了可以通过二维近红外同步和异步相关光谱直接鉴别不同产地的枸杞药材。
The mathematical processing and spectral analysis principle of two-dimensional near-intrared correlation spectroscopy and its application in researches on polymer, protein, food, drug-structure and identification of Chinese herbal medicine were reviewed. Through an experimental study conducted by the authors, it was confirmed that Fructus Lycii samples from different habitats can be identified by two-dimensional nearinfrared synchronous and asynchronous correlation spectra.
