Determination of Content of Cefaclor Capsules by HPLC

目的：建立HPLC法测定头孢克洛胶囊含量。方法：色谱柱：Cosmosil ODSC18柱（4．6mm×250mm，5μm），流动相：磷酸二氢钾溶液-乙腈（90：10），流速：1mL/min，检测波长：254nm，进样量20μL。结果：头孢克洛在0．0564～0．2820g/L浓度范围内线性关系良好，r=0．9998，平均回收率为99．26％，RSD为0．81％（n=9）。结论：该方法快速、灵敏、准确、可靠，适用于头孢克洛胶囊的含量测定。

Objective： To establish a HPLC method for the determination of content of cefaclor capsules. Methods： Cosmosil ODS C18 column（4.6mm × 250mm,5μm） and potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution- acetonitrile （90：10） as the mobile phase were used at a flow rate of 1 mL/min,with a detection wavelength of 254 nm and a injection volume of 20μL. Results： The calibration curve was liner in the range of 0.0564 - 0.2820 g/L, r = 0.9998. The average recovery was 99.26% （RSD = 0.81%, n = 9）. Conclusion： The method is rapid, sensitive, accurate, reliable and suitable for determination of content of cefaclor capsules.
