关于培养优秀高职会计人才的几点思考

当前,职业教育越来越受到各大高等院校的重视。对于高职会计教育而言,如何改革招生制度,选拔专业可塑性强的考生,为高职会计人才的培养奠定良好基础;设立保送制度,鼓励中专及高职高中优秀学生继续在本专业领域深造;改革实验教学工作,加强职业道德教育,提高毕业生的专业综合素质;加强实习基地建设,广泛开展调查研究,提高毕业生的专业胜任能力;加大学术科研投入,加强教师队伍建设,保障专业优势的可持续发展是我们应该思考的问题。

At present, the occupational education has been thought much of by all kinds of academies. As far as the education of the high vocational accountancy is concerned, what is important are： reforming the recruit students system, selecting examinees with strong plasticity in profession, establishing the recommending system, encouraging students with excellent records from technical secdonary schools, the senior high vocational schools and senior high schools to further in this professional realm, strengthening the constrnction of the practice base, making a survey extensively, raising graduates＇professional competence, enlarging scientific research devotion, enforcing the building of the faculty and guaranteeing the sustainable development of the professional advantage.
