摘要
将蔬菜储藏真空预冷技术应用到蔬菜采收的过程中,提出了蔬菜田间真空预冷车的设计理念。设计以1 000 kg/车、处理量50 kg/次为例,介绍了田间真空预冷车各主要部件的设计方法。
In this paper, the technique of vacuum pre-cooling used for vegetables-harvesting, Make a idea for the design of vacuum pre-cooling van. This thesis does not only state the principles ,features and advantages of vegetable vacuum pre-cooling van for farm, but also gives the designable way and formulas for calculating the parameter for refitting and design of vacuum pre-cooling van. Moreover, it is also related to the material and component of van compartment, the selection of vacuum pump, refrigerator and diesel engine and so on.
