摘要
电机轴承的装配精度是影响电机质量的主要因素之一。通过分析电机轴承室及轴承档的设计、加工情况,提出以调整轴承室及轴承档的尺寸偏差来改进装配精度,进而提高电机质量的设想。
Assembly precision of the electromotor bearing is one of the main elements affecting the electromotor quality. By making an analysis on the design and processing of bearing cavity and axle bearing block ,the article puts forwards a tentative idea of getting an ideal radial clearance and improving the assembly precision by the way of adjusting the dimension deviation of bearing cavity and axle bearing block.
