摘要
通过对英国BTEC教学模式本土化的改造实践,天津职业大学酒店管理专业逐步形成了具有突出专业核心竞争力的“一个核心、二个着力点、三证并举、四制并行”的办学特色。
The teaching mode of BTEC from UK is famous for its emphasizing on students" common skills, student--centered principle, and specific courses and students" evaluation methods. This paper summarizes in details how Hospitality Management major of Tianjin Professional College to explore and practice BTEC's teaching mode in local circumstances. The practice is gradually forming our own core competitiveness, which is " one core, two keys, three certificates and four regulations."
