学校组织文化不仅是一种文化现象,更是一种管理理论,具有硬性管理难以达到的功能。高职院校总体上组织文化建设不乐观,在一定程度上阻碍了高职院校的快速健康发展,应该引起学校领导的重视,并进行积极建设。

School organization culture is not only a kind of culture but also a new type of management theory mainly because of its particular management function that can＇t be performed by stuff management. Organization culture of higher vocational colleges hasn＇t been constructed very well on the whole, which blocks their rapid development to some extent and should be paid more attention to their construction by the leaders so that this new type of colleges with good opportnities can walk up to the path of health as soon as possible.
