高职院校学生综合素质培养的实践与探索——以天津职业大学机电一体化专业为例

Exploration and Practice on Training of Higher Vocational Students' Comprehensive Quality ——Application to the students of automation department in Tianjin Professional College

用人单位不仅关注高职毕业生的专业理论、岗位技能等智力性因素,而且对毕业生的组织管理、社会交往、心理调试等非智力性因素也提出了更高的要求。我校机电一体化专业在与企业用人标准对接、改革大学生管理模式、加强综合能力培养等方面进行了有效的探索。

The employers pay special attention to the abilities of the graduates not only on their majors and the skills they learnt, but the abilities of management, social communication, and the capability of adjusting themselves as well. This essay intends to discuss the problem of how to break through the old concept, create a new model of management, and develop the students＂ comprehensive quality in order to meet the requirements of the employers, done by the staff of Automation Department.
