The unauthorized power of college teachers exerts typical influence on students that authorized power cannot do. In order to properly use the unauthorized power, we should attach importance to the function of unauthorized power, carry out light-hearted and interactive teaching modes, implement comprehensive teaching evaluation, improve the teaching faculty, and upgrade campus culture to make students receive education of their own accords.
