摘要
碱减量加工过程中产生了大量的废水,其中包含一定浓度的对苯二甲酸盐(TPA-Na2),经酸析回收处理可得到一定数量的对苯二甲酸和乙二醇,纯度都低于正规产品。研究了从碱减量废水中回收对苯二甲酸,并资源再用于聚酯涂膜的制备,不但有效解决了碱减量废水综合治理问题,并极大增加了回收产品的再用价值。
A plenty of wastewater, brought from alkali weight-reduction process,contains disodium terephthalate salt (TPA-Na2) to a certain concentration. Recovered Terephthalic Aeid(TPA)and Ethylene Glyeol(EG)by acid-eduction are lower than regular products in ptmty, The paper has researched how to recover TPA from the wastewater and how to make eoatting polyester alkyd. It has not only settled the problem of wastewater treatment,but incrsased the reused worth of recycling hydrolysate from alkali weight-reduction wastewater as Well.
