摘要
超大型电机直接全压起动时起动电流很大,会引起大的电网电压波动,影响同电网其它设备的正常运行。当前在工程实践上多采用为超大型电机设立独立变压器供电的方式来隔离其影响,但独立变压器方式仅解决了电机起动时电网电压波动问题。开关变压器式高压电机软起动装置可以解决超大型电机的软起动难题,同独立变压器方式相比较,能节约大量电能。
The startup current will be higher when extra large capacity motor starts up directly with full voltage, which can result in significant vibration of power grid voltage and has a bad effect on other devices connected in the same power grid. At present, the general method to isolate its effect is to set up an independent transformer supplying large capacity motor in actual engineering. However, it only solves the problem of power grid voltage vibration when the motor starts up. The high voltage motor soft startup device of switching transformer mode can handle it and save energy comparing it with independent transformer mode.
