青岛地区不同宫颈疾患组织中 HPV16.18DNA 的检测

摘要 本研究应用聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术检测正常宫颈,慢性宫颈炎,宫颈非典型增生及宫颈癌组织中HPV16、18DNA,检出率分别为0(0/43),7.0%(3/43);16.0%(20/125),8.0%(10/125);42.9%(6/14),7.1%(1/14)及58.1%(18/31),6.5%(2/31)。统计学处理表明:HPV16的检出率除宫颈非典型增生与宫颈癌组织间无差别外,其余每两种组织间的检出率差异均有统计学意义;而四种不同宫颈疾患组织中HPV18DNA的检出率无显著意义的差别。结果提示:子宫颈癌的发生与HPV感染密切相关,以HPV16尤为明显,用PCR技术检测HPVDNA不仅敏感,特异,而且操作简便快速。 The pressence of HPV16 and 18 DNA in cervical tissues was detected by PCR.The positive rates of HPV 16 and 18 in normal cervical tissues,chronic cervicitis,cervical dysplasia and cervical cancer were 0(0/43),7 0%(3/43);16 0%(20/125),8 0%(10/125);42 9%(6/14),7 1%(1/14)及58 1%(18/31),6 5%(2/31)respectively.The relationship between the positive rates and disease stages was studied.The positive rates of HPV 16 were significantly different except cervical dysplasia and cervical cancer.The different positive retes of HPV18 in differnet tissues were not significant.Results of this study suggested that infection with HPV,especially with HPV16 is an important etiologic factor in the development of cervical carcinoma.The use of PCR provides a sensitive,specific and simple method for detecting HPV in tissues.
