摘要
通过对弯曲回弹的讨论,建立一个弯曲回弹调节的试验模模型,在模型中,先进行弯曲回弹调节,确定材料的回弹值,然后再进行模具设计,这样可以提高设计效率,做到量的优化,节省时间,为弯曲模设计提供了一个简便快捷的方法和途径。
An experimental die model for the adjustment of resilience after bending was established. In the experiment, the resilience value of the material was adjusted and determined; then a die was designed. In this way, the plan was optimized and the efficiency was raised, which will offer a ready method for the design of bending die.
