摘要
目的制备摩风巴布剂并进行质量评价。方法采用L9(34)正交试验法对摩风巴布剂的基质进行筛选,以黏着力为指标评价基质优劣,优选巴布剂基质处方,将药物浸膏加入到最优比例基质中,制备了摩风巴布剂。结果巴布剂基质最优处方为阿拉伯胶、明胶、甘油和氯化钙,其比例为3∶3∶5∶0.2。所制得的巴布剂性状稳定,黏性适度,延展性、保湿性均良好。结论可用正交试验来优化巴布剂的基质,方法简便易行;在实验中应注意基质的比例和工艺条件对结果的影响。
Objective To prepare the Mofeng Babu Paste and evaluate its quality. Method L9(3^4) orthogonal design was used to select the optimum matrix proportion of Babu Paste with the adhesion force as appraised index. The extracts of Chinese traditional medicine (CTM) were added, and then CTM Babu Paste was prepared. Results The optimum matrix proportion of arabic gum, glutin, glycerin and calcium chloride is 3 : 3 : 5 : 0. 2. The Mofeng Babu Paste has steady character, moderate viscosity, good tractility and moist proof quality. Conclusion It is simple and feasible for the optimum matrix proportion to use the orthogonal experiment. Meanwhile, the effects of host proportion and technics condition on the preparation Mofeng Babu Paste are not neglectible.
