摘要
目的:研究血清透明质酸(HA)、Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)、板层素(LN)及脯氨酸肽酶(PLD)与肝纤维化的确切关系。方法:用放免法及改良Myara法检测76例慢性乙型肝炎患者的血清HA、PCⅢ.LN及PLD水平,并与肝活检病理炎症分级和纤维化分期比较。结果:这四项指标均与炎症活动和纤维化呈正相关(P值<0.05)。其中,HA、PCⅢ和LN与肝纤维化的相关性高于炎症,而PLD与炎症的相关性高于纤维化。结论:在反映肝纤维化程度方面以HA最好;次为LN;再次为PCⅢ,PLD最差。
Aim: To study on relationship between serum levels of hyaluronic acid(HA), type Ⅲ procollagen(P C Ⅲ), laminin(LN). proUdase(PLD) and hepatofibrosis. Methods: These 4 serum components were measured by means of RIA and liver biopsies were carried out in 76 cases with chronic hepatitis B. Serum levels of HA, PCⅢ, LN and PLD were analysed, then compared to histologic findings described by Scheuer. Results: These 4 serum components were positively correlated with inammation activity and fi- brosis (P<0.05). Correlation coefficients of serum HA, PC E and LN with histological fibrosis were higher than those of inflammation activity, respectively. Correlation coefficient of PLD with inflammation activity is higher than that with fibrosis. Conclusion: To reflect the degree of hepatofibrosis HA is the best one in these 4 Components.
