摘要
为了了解中国芹菜(Apium gra-veolens L.)栽培品种的亲缘关系,利用AFLP技术对24份芹菜种质资源的遗传多样性进行了分析,从81个引物中筛选出8个AFLP选择性扩增引物,共扩增出395个位点,其中多态性位点245个(59.88%)材料间遗传相似系数变化范围为0.385~0.987,在遗传相似系数为0.6水平上,聚类分析结果可将供试材料分为3类,中国目前栽培的多数芹菜品种的亲缘关系较近,聚类结果与地域来源和形态特征有一定对应关系。
To assess the interspecific relationships in China of celery (Apium gra-veolens L.). The genetic diversity of 24 celery accessions resources were analyzed by AFLP. Results showed that 245 (59.88%) polymorphic sites were detected among the total 395 sites amplified by 8 screened selective primers (among 81 primers). The AFLP-based genetic similarity ranged from 0.385 to 0.987, UPGMA cluster analysis showed that the tested materials could be divided 0.600, At present, the relationship of the cultivated into ternary groups at the level of genetic similarity varieties are very closely in celery, The clusters were greatly associated with the origins and the morphologic characters of the tested germ plasm. Dendrogram obtained using molecular markers is homologous with separated morphologic character in some degree.
