An Analyse of ERCP in 248 Patients

逆行胰胆管造影是一种介入性检查方法,笔者对248例有阻塞性黄疸和上腹部疼痛不适患者进行了造影检查,对造影X线表现进行了分析,指出造影成功的关键是插管,“枯树枝征”、“双管征”、“软藤征”、“螃蟹征”是胰胆区良性和恶性病变的重要X线征象。

Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) is a Kind of inter-ventional examintional methods. ERCP was performed in 248 patients with obstructive jaundice and upper abdominal pain. The x - ray appearances of cholangiopancreatography were analyzed. The catheterization was considered to be the key step of successful examination. The 'withered tree' sign, 'double tube' sign, 'soft rattan' sign and 'crab' sign were the important signs of benign and macignant cesions in cholangiopancrease area.
