扶贫济困十余载 情满巴山暖人心——中国工商银行定点扶贫纪实

Thirteen Years of Poverty Alleviation of ICBC

通江县、南江县、万源(市)三个县市是国家级重点扶持的贫困县,也是中国工商银行的定点扶贫县。多年来,工商银行对三个定点扶贫县(市)实施开发式扶贫,派驻的扶贫干部怀着对老区人民的深切关爱之心,把温暖送给贫困户,改善了贫困山区的生产生活条件。2007年6月16～24日,本刊记者跟随总行机关团委扶贫主题教育活动小组来到了这三个县(市),并借此机会得以深入了解工商银行在革命老区十余载的扶贫历程,正如当地群众所评价的,“工行扶贫真是雪中送炭,是真扶贫、扶真贫”。

ICBC has carried out a mission of poverty alleviation in three counties including Tongjiang, Nanjiang in Sichuan province since 1995 and Wanyuan since 2003. The cadres assigned by ICBC every year are helping people there to improve the produc- tion and living conditions with their warm hearts of affection to the poverty people. From June 16 to June 24, our reporter went to the three counties with theme education group of Youth League Committee and had the opportunity to learn the process of thirteen years of poverty alleviation.
