In order to fire the enthusi- asm of medical staff,the hospi- tals are exploring the way to re- form premium.Presently,eco- nomic results are considered to be the chief factor to allocate premium.In extreme cases,some hospitals deem it as the only standard,while the defects of which worth attention. The four articles that follow discuss over premium reform from four aspects,namely,the orienta- tion of premium reform,the alloca- tion of departments in the hospital, the allocation within a department and the framework of premium analysis index.The following ar- ticle tries to give us the possible answers of these questions.
