本文探讨了中小学校编制预算的目的。提出编制预算的主要任务:保证教学任务全面完成;配备办学必需的教育设施;保障学生身心健康发展;提供优先发展的必要条件。
The article examines the aim of the budget planning of primary and secondary schools and promotes its main mission： to guarantee the full completion of teaching tasks; to furnish necessay educational facilities; to ensure the healthy development of students by cultivating both their body and mind; to provide the essential condions to the development of schools.
